Embroidery Small Run Fee - Why is this in my cart?
We have fixed operating costs associated with an order of any size--logo creation, proofing, set up of embroidery equipment, etc.
In an effort to make the majority of our orders seamless to our customers, we have “all-inclusive” pricing for products over a minimum quantity, where decoration and delivery are included in the price. That minimum quantity is indicated in the text under the pricing table on all product pages.
For embroidery orders with quantities under that stated minimum, we need to charge for those fixed operating costs with the Small Run Fee of £39.00.
If you'd like to remove this fee, simply reach a minimum quantity in any style with embroidery as the decoration method.
